Who we are

This website is operated by Venture Scale Advisory LLC. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.

What we collect

When you apply, we collect what you enter in the application form: your name, work email, company name and website, role, headquarters country, stage, industry, revenue band, seat of interest, your answers about constraints, competitors and prior conversations with Forty.5 Ventures, your preferred start and how you heard about us.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to review your application, check for conflicts of interest, contact you about it and, if we agree to work together, prepare a proposal. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep application data for 24 months from the date you apply, unless an engagement starts, in which case it is kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law afterwards.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to store application data securely and to send email. They process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing zv@venture-scale.group. We will respond within 30 days.
